We have signed a consultancy agreement with SARD for the "Stakeholder Analysis and Market Mapping Research in Housing Microfinance."

As Arges Consulting, we will be responsible for developing the stakeholder analysis and market mapping methodology—comprising beneficiary surveys, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews—and ensuring the quality and analysis of the collected data to prepare an analytical report aligned with organizational and donor standards.
