Arges Consulting has completed the Sustainable Livelihoods Trainer Training within the scope of the "Equalizing the Future" Project.
As part of the "Equalizing the Future" Project, conducted in collaboration with Habitat Association and UNICEF Turkey, we, Arges Consulting, have completed the Sustainable Livelihoods Trainer Training program.
In this program, which we conducted with 30 young people from 16 different provinces, we addressed various areas ranging from trainer skills and sustainable livelihoods to business idea development, financial literacy, digital marketing, and career skills, using non-formal, experiential, and application-oriented learning methods.

We are delighted to be a part of this process, which contributes to women producers and women's cooperatives developing their products, strengthening their brands, and making more effective use of the opportunities offered by the digital world, within the scope of the Villages of Tomorrow Project.
In the trainings we conduct at Arges Consulting, we address various topics ranging from branding and value-added product development to digital visibility, business management, and the use of AI-powered tools, using a practical approach based on the participants' own products and businesses.
Arges Consulting and IPC have completed site visits within the scope of the BRIDGES 5 Project.
As Arges Consulting and IPC, we continue to closely monitor the field implementation of the Household Business Management (HBB) and Entrepreneurship Training and Coaching Services within the scope of the BRIDGES 5 Project, conducted by the Danish Refugee Council / Dansk Flygtningehjælp (DRC) with the support of KfW.
In this context, during our visits to the project sites in Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, and Şanlıurfa, we met with DRC teams to jointly evaluate the training and coaching processes, field experiences, participant needs, and priorities for improving the implementation.

A training program for women entrepreneurs in the earthquake zone was carried out in collaboration with Arges Consulting and Building Markets.
Strengthening women entrepreneurs' access to information, financing sources, and digital marketing tools contributes to the strengthening of not only individual businesses but also local economies.
As Arges Consulting, within the scope of the Support for Women Entrepreneurs in Earthquake-Affected Regions Project conducted by Building Markets Turkey, we provided training on Access to Financing Sources, Introduction to Digital Marketing, and Digital Sales and Growth Strategies for SMEs to women entrepreneurs living in the earthquake zone.
As part of the Villages of Tomorrow Project, the training program for women producers in Seferihisar and Ulamış, İzmir, has been completed.
